We will meet you at the address of the apartment (Consell de cent 221).

Remember that it is very important that you answer the email that we will send you asking for your time of arrival, because at that time we will be waiting for you at the apartment.

No, you do not need to bring them. There are sheets and towels in the apartment for all the guests.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00.

The 50% of the total will be charged to your card once we receive your reservation. The other 50% has to be paid when you check-in, in cash or by credit card. See “terms and conditions”.

When you check in, you have to give us 200 eur deposit in cash. It will be fully returned on your departure if no damages have been caused to the apartment or its contents.

The total amount of the reservation includes all services and taxes, except the city tax that has to be paid when you check in.

BARCELONAGUEST has a cleaning service available for clients. You have to request it in advance and we will inform you about prices.

Once you send the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of your reservation. Please, if you do not receive it contact us as soon as possible.

All cancellations have to be done by email.  Find our cancellation policy in “terms and conditions”.

Bookings of more than one apartment cannot be made without the prior approval of Barcelonaguest management. If you want to rent more than one apartment, please contact us, and we will study your case.
